If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • You provide proof of purchase

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit

Return instructions (including return address) will be provided once your request is approved.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items (ACL Rights)

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Not as described
  • Incorrect

You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the issue, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, or
  • Another appropriate solution

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

We will cover any reasonable costs associated with resolving valid claims.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for sale or clearance items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

Return Shipping (Important)

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • Returns must be sent to the address provided after approval

⚠️ We do not accept returns sent without prior approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalise the refund.

Lost or Undelivered Items

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate with the carrier and provide a suitable resolution where appropriate.

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs and shipping conditions
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
